The Hut is the workplace of characters Pigeon and Pronghorn who are from the artist’s film project Imra’s Ocean. Their world is about the cathartic possibilities of nostalgia and magical realism. The work is an assemblage through which the viewer is invited to step outside of codified reality and societal conditioning and into a tonal space which offers comfort or even fulfillment of deficits in existential meaning.
